What We Believe
We are an interdenominational organization; whose staff comprises of the Body of Christ.
Our Heart
We are an interdenominational organization; whose staff comprises of the Body of Christ. All of our staff are sent out as missionaries, from local gatherings of the Body of Christ, to invest in young men through life on life discipleship. We, as an organization, are very cautious of the human tendency to be dependent on programs and strategies. Our heart is to live out Jesus as He did with His disciples. We don’t have the market on discipleship, but we do point you to the ONE who does, Jesus Christ! We believe that He is more concerned with us knowing Him as our all in all rather than busying ourselves in our service to Him. Dependence on Him sets us up for the natural outflow of service. Mess that up, and you and I will find ourselves as nothing more than the Pharisees were, full of knowledge and ministry but still desperately searching for more.
Bible
Consisting of both Old and New Testament, we believe the Bible is Truth, all of it. It is our source and guide for the short time entrusted to us here on earth, and from which all of our program gains insight and wisdom. Daily investment in reading the Bible is where we point each young man to cultivate a lifelong pursuit of dependence on Jesus. Much time will be given to the Word of God.
God
Revealed in the Holy Scriptures as one God, the Creator. He exists eternally in three persons as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who is infinite and personal.
Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is God the Son with neither a beginning nor ending. He was conceived in the flesh by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He is fully God and fully man. Jesus died for our sins, was buried and arose bodily on the third day, paying fully for sin’s consequence; eternal separation from God. He ascended into heaven and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father as our only mediator, high priest, and advocate.
Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is God, the third person of the Trinity. He is a person, not a force. The Holy Spirit regenerates and indwells each believer personally who has placed, by faith, his trust in Christ’s finished work on his behalf for the forgiveness of sins and the gift of eternal life.
Human Race
Both man and woman were created in the image of God to enjoy a personal relationship with Him. Due to their deliberate disobedience, their sinless state was shattered, and they, along with all their descendants, became sinners. This rendered it impossible for them to save themselves apart from the grace of God in Jesus Christ. They are condemned to a place of eternal torment and separation from the relationship with God they were designed for.
Salvation
Based solely on the grace of God through faith in Christ alone, our salvation was purchased by the substitutionary death and shed blood of Jesus Christ for the sins of every person. It is a free gift offered to every person. Since our salvation is based on the finished work of Jesus Christ, we, who have placed our trust in Him, are eternally secure and can enjoy the assurance of salvation.
Church
Christ is the head of the Church, which is His body. All who have trusted in Him as Savior are members of it. All of our staff are involved in local churches and our students are encouraged to invest locally in a church while they are engaged in our program.
