Mentoring Timothy is a 10-month mentoring program for young men who desire to take their relationship with Christ more seriously. These 10 months will prepare you for the rest of your life. We believe it is not enough just to teach the Word, so we aim to mentor young men and demonstrate how they can radically live out their calling.
This program is focused on spiritual growth, so we place an emphasis on quiet times, and daily routine so that each student spends time in the Word.
Each student grows both in his knowledge and faith during the 10-month program.
Each student will share a fully furnished cabin with five other roommates during his stay at Mentoring Timothy.
Additionally, we offer opportunities for international trips to remote parts of the world to visit missionaries.
Exciting Giving Opportunity
Matching Donation Until Dec 31, 2017!
There is an amazing match opportunity that has recently been offered to us to help us in our fundraising efforts. We have been offered $50,000 if we can match those funds by December 31st. In addition to the $50,000 in matching funds, we have been told that should we meet this goal, the giver will extend an addition $50,000 to us as a ‘bonus gift’. This means that if you are able to give during these next weeks, your donation will not only be worth double as it is in normal match fundraisers, but TRIPLE your amount given. We are truly humbled by this opportunity! If we are able to receive all $150,000, we will quite possibly be able to buy some needed machinery & construct enough structures on the property this Spring in order to enroll a small group of guys by fall 2018. This is exciting!! We are thrilled by this possibility. Would you consider helping us make this happen?
Simplicity and practicality lie at the core of our mentoring program. Two key Scriptures influence our program:
But I am afraid that, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds will be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ.
- 2 Corinthians 11:3
Now as they observed the confidence of Peter and John and understood that they were uneducated and untrained men, they were amazed, and began to recognize them as having been with Jesus.
- Acts 4:13
